Guilty of Being an “Imbecile” or a Homophobe Online, Innocent in the Eyes of the Law Until Proven Guilty

“Don’t talk about your case”. Lawyers, particularly criminal defense lawyers, have been giving this advice to their clients since the dawn of time. Why?  Well, lots of reasons.
